The Eagle Academy Public Charter School Alumni Program seeks to reach, engage and serve all Eagle Academy alumni to foster a lifelong intellectual and emotional connection between Eagle Academy and its graduates, while providing Eagle Academy with goodwill and support. Once associated with Eagle Academy, always considered Eagle Academy family.
Our History
Founded in 2015 by the late Cassandra S. Pinkney, co-founder of Eagle Academy Public Charter School, the Eagle Academy Alumni Program is the first alumni program for students graduating from an early childhood education program in Washington, D.C. In 2017, the Alumni Program became one of the first projects of the newly founded Cassandra S. Pinkney Foundation.
The Cassandra S. Pinkney Foundation exists to support Eagle Academy Public Charter School and make possible its commitment to providing a high-quality education to every child. We do this by “making space for opportunity” for our students, staff and community.
